Terms of Service

Terms for using AI Career Test. AI Career Test is operated by an individual operator.

This page describes the current service scope. Product behavior and provider availability may change only with corresponding policy and implementation updates.

01Service, eligibility and accounts

The service provides an anonymous 40-question assessment and may provide results, reports, Resume Direction, ATS/Tailoring tools, Career Coach and Job Feed features. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Google OAuth may be used for login. Keep account access secure, provide accurate information, and contact us about suspected unauthorized use.

02Purchases and entitlements

Free access is $0. One-time products are the Full Career Report ($9.99) and Resume Direction Pack ($19.99). The Pack includes the Full Career Report benefits plus its stated application and interview tools. A $10 upgrade is available only for a fulfilled Full purchase for the same user and assessment within 30 calendar days; the original report, used Coach sessions, usage counters, and plan progress carry forward, the 90-day plan replaces the 30-day plan, and benefits are not duplicated. Prices at checkout must include applicable taxes actually charged. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or periodic reset. Limits include one anonymous ATS scan; four complete Pack ATS scans; three tailoring uses; five exports; and five structured Coach sessions per assessment. Each Pack ATS scan may use a different resume and an optional job description. A Coach session includes an opening message, up to one clarification, structured guidance, and one follow-up; it is counted only after initial guidance is generated and saved. Growth-plan timing begins on activation. Report PDF links expire after seven days and may be regenerated while report access remains active. Payments are not currently live.

03Career Journey tools

If offered, Career Journey tools are private, account-based tools and are subject to the applicable access conditions, usage limits, and service availability stated at the time of use. They do not create a subscription, recurring billing arrangement, or a promise of continued access beyond the applicable retention and access rules. We may restrict new creation, editing, generation, exports, and downloads after a refund, chargeback, security action, account deletion, or other lawful revocation.

04Truthful materials and private use

You are responsible for materials you submit and for confirming facts before using an output. Do not use the service to create false employment history, credentials, qualifications, compensation claims, or other material misrepresentations. A resume or cover-letter suggestion may be edited, accepted, or rejected by you; it is not a verification of any fact. Do not submit another person’s information unless you have the right to do so.

05Planning and interview support

Text interview feedback and negotiation-planning materials are informational drafts. They do not predict employment, interview, compensation, admission, visa, or another outcome, and they are not employment, legal, immigration, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

06Acceptable use and user content

Do not misuse the service, bypass usage limits, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, submit content without rights, or use output to fabricate qualifications, employment history, legal, immigration or financial claims, or other material facts. You retain your rights in inputs and grant the limited permission needed to provide the requested service. Review outputs before use.

07AI, jobs and limitations

Outputs are informational tools and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable. They are not employment, legal, immigration, financial, medical or professional advice and do not guarantee an interview, job, salary, visa, ATS outcome or other result. Job-feed content may be supplied by third parties.

08Intellectual property, termination and disputes

The service, branding and original materials are protected by applicable law. We may restrict access for breach, abuse, legal risk or security reasons. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and disputes concerning the service are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s location. This does not limit mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live or any rights that cannot legally be limited.

09Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To that extent, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
