Refund Policy

Refund terms for one-time digital products. AI Career Test is operated by an individual operator.

This page describes the current service scope. Product behavior and provider availability may change only with corresponding policy and implementation updates.

01One-time products

This policy applies to the Full Career Report, Resume Direction Pack, and eligible upgrades sold as one-time digital purchases. They do not create a subscription, recurring charge, or automatic renewal. Displayed paid prices include applicable tax.

02Automatic refunds

Report generation may make up to three total attempts. If the final generation attempt fails, we will issue a full refund for that failed purchase to the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times may apply.

03When the service is delivered

A purchased report is considered delivered when it has been generated and made available for secure online viewing or PDF download. Not opening the report or not downloading the PDF does not by itself mean the service was undelivered. Refunds for delivered digital services may be limited, except where required by applicable law.

04Refund review requests

Duplicate charges, incorrect fulfillment, inability to access the purchased service, and other exceptional requests may be reviewed individually. Contact support@aicareertest.work with the account email, order reference, product, and reason. Do not send passwords, card details, or secure report links. Submitting a request does not mean a refund has been approved.

05After approval

If a refund or chargeback is approved or required, the related entitlement, online report, and PDF download access may be revoked. If an original Full Career Report purchase is revoked, associated active or pending eligible upgrades should also be refunded and revoked where applicable. Limited transaction and security records may be retained for disputes, accounting, fraud prevention, or law.

06Career Journey access after a payment event

Where a Career Journey capability is connected to an eligible one-time entitlement, an approved or required refund or a chargeback may end related creation, editing, generation, export, and download access. Refund limits for delivered digital services may apply based on the service actually provided, except where required by applicable law. A support request is not an automatic refund decision. We may keep limited transaction and security records where needed for disputes, accounting, fraud prevention, or law.
