01One-time products

This policy applies to one-time digital purchases and does not create a subscription or recurring billing arrangement. Payment functionality remains unavailable until separately approved and activated.

02Generation failure and delivery

If report generation fails, the service may make up to three total attempts. If the final attempt fails, we will issue a full refund for that failed purchase. After a purchased report is generated and made available, refunds may be limited because the digital service has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

03Revocation and requests

If a refund or chargeback is approved or required, related entitlement and download access may be revoked. If an original Full purchase is revoked, associated active or pending eligible add-ons should be refunded and revoked. Contact support with the order reference and account email if applicable; do not email card details.
